If you were to take a poll and ask people where the most romantic place to visit would be they would all say Paris, France. Who would not want to be surrounded by beautiful and historic sites with people al around you speaking the language of love. There is so much to see and so much to do in this wonderful place.

One of the greatest sights to see is Notre Dame. This wonderful peice of Gothic architecture took almost two centuries to build. Inside you will be overwhelmed by the beautiful displays and size of the cathedral. Don’t forget while you are there to to visit Europe’s most important archeological crypts that is located beneath the cathedral’s square.

Another great way to experience the great culture of Paris is to visit the amazing Louvre museum. At the Louvre you will be able to admire ancient artwork of paintings and statues as well as some modern art. The Louvre also holds magnificent concerts, lectures, and brilliant performances.

Of course the most commong and most important thing to see is the Eiffel Tower, a monument that was built to commemorate the French Revolution. This magnificent and historical tower was almost torn down in 1909. Now it is a symbol of Paris itself.
